Residential/Building Sales – Graber Building Supply & Hardware Inc - Sullivan Branch

Do you have construction or building material knowledge and enjoy working with contractors

and homeowners? Join our team as a Residential/Building Sales Estimator.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for residential builders, contractors, and homeowners.

Prepare quotes, bids, and material takeoffs for residential and commercial projects

Understand structural components, framing systems, and load-bearing requirements

Work closely with purchasing, yard, and dispatch teams to confirm material availability, pricing,

and delivery timelines.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service from start to finish

Qualifications & Skills

Strong understanding of residential construction materials and processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience reading blueprints and architectural drawings.

Previous experience in lumber/building supply estimating or related fields preferred.

Basic computer skills (POS systems, Email, inventory software)

Reliable, organized and team-oriented.
